OOPS - sorry. I don't know why, but it just dawned on me that Kane had suggested gagging the guard and detaining him, and Theo jumped to the "I can kill him" bit. Theo is fine either way and will help Kane subdue and bind the guard if that's the choice. He's also fine with killing him too. Not sure ...
