Referee: is there a Grimmsgate blacksmith where Dolgrim can spend some cash, having the blade of his hand axe coated in silver?

Yes, the blacksmith is at #6 on the map.

Let me know if you want to see Rhall and the Smith tonight or in the morning, or if you want to do anything else tonight but crash in the Inn.

After dinner, Dolgrim will stroll over to the smithy to have the blade of his hand axe silvered. He will pick it up in the morning, before visiting Rhal. When he and the smith have an agreement on the price, he will return to the Silver Dagger to hit the sack in a manner that only true dwarves can.

Dolgrim heads over to the smith after dinner, negotiating a price of 25gp for silvering of his axe, which will take a full day if he wants something that will last (so you would be in town two days minimum unless you wanted to travel at night tomorrow).

You stay the night at the Inn. The wind picks up overnight and ushers in a cold snap, in the morning you see patches of frost on the ground outside, and welcome the fire Ralmar tends in the common room. After having breakfast you pull your cloaks tight and walk over to the temple. Rhall greets you as always just before you have a chance to ring the bell, under the watchful eyes of his raven.

"Greetings, friends! I must say I did not expect you back, I was pleasantly surprised when Tak here brought me the news last night. Come in! Come in! What can I do for you?" Rhall says as he ushers you into the entry hall.

You each regain 1 hp overnight, 2 more nights will heal everyone to full unless you turn to the clerics Rhall or Guntram. With the 300xp, it appears Fenwick is 2nd level, he now has d6=6+1=7 hp and can choose another 1st level spell. Also don't forget he can make a scroll of any 1st level spell for 100gp, but it takes him a week to do so. For supplies, there is the town emporium where you can buy most adventuring equipment (no armor or weapons), so go ahead and re-stock your character sheets before you leave town.

Fenwick practices his new abilities by memorizing Sleep and Charm Person.

If I use a share of our takings to scribe new scrolls, it might help us as we continue our explorations, suggests the purple mage. He isn't sure that the others are willing to wait a week.

He will identify the potions if he is able. Subtle tasting should do it.

The two look and taste identically, a small taste of each and the others can see small parts of Fenwick's torso have become translucent (potions of invisibility).

If possible, Oberon will arrange for a runner to visit Rhall (the priest) and ask him to join us for an ale (or pot of holy water) at the tavern as we have news of the Old Temple that will be of interest to him and the people of Grimmsgate.

Oberon's walked a long, long way and his feet are sore.

It was in a prior post and so got buried (one of the drawbacks of PbP at times), but since you had all agreed to visit Rhall, I moved you forward to the next morning and sent you over to the temple.

Dolgrim breathes in his hands to warm them. "Thank you, father. It's good to be back for a while... I think we met some of the 'hairless ones' you mentioned before at the Elder Temple..."
