"A fitting end for you, evil creation!" exclaims Lisglen, before looking around to check if other dangers are coming his way and observing the scene.

Dahl searches the alcove behind the curtain.

Dahl moves aside the curtain and peers into the alcove. Nothing but dust and filth has accumulated in the small space where the carnivorous ape skeletons where hiding: he finds nothing remarkable. Lisglen looks around the room but other than the neat stacks of human femurs there is nothing in particular that catches his eye.

Holger will take a closer look at the stacks of bones. Is there anything else in the piles? Are they in a noteworthy pattern?

Memphisto will catch his breath and keep alert for any more skeletons!

"Let's move somewhere else. We have seen enough bones for today." suggests Lisglen.

Van says, "Aye, let's move. Unless we want to unstack these bones . . ."

Other than being an obvious ominous sign there doesn't seem to be anything special, magical, or mysterious about the piles of bones. Holger does not recognize any particular patterns and there doesn't seem to be anything hidden in them. Freda is the first to move back out of the room and she looks around the sinister antechamber. "All is quiet for now, we'd better move on..." She says in a whisper...

Memphisto responds softly, "Then lead on..."

Perhaps we should take the south corridor that Holger checked out a bit before, and maybe Freda can sneak a peek around the corners there.
