Not interested in anything Randoul’s selling.

Randoul shrugs: "Suit yourself..."

Albin, Finnur and Holger hesitatingly stare at the silver loaded bags. "Carrying around these bags will eventually slow us down," Holger decides. "If we don't trust this merchant - or anyone else for that matter - on trading the silver for gems we may want to leave either Albin or Finnur behind to guard our collected valuables while we revisit Kal-Dokk's lair."

Let's have a majority vote on whether Albin or Finnur will stay at the Hunter's Moon for the safekeeping of your treasure!

"Maybe one is enough?" suggests Lisglen.

“Finnur, perhaps.”

Finnur agrees to stay behind and guard the gathered treasure at the Hunter's Moon. "Albin and I have restocked on resources: we have torches, oil, and rations for days to last. If you have no further business here I suggest we head back to the ruins of the wizard's tower." Says Holger as he puts on his backpack and tightens the straps.

It is around 10 in the morning: if the party chooses to move out right now, Kal-Dokk's tower should be reached by noon.

"Gents, let's move and let the True Light illuminate our path!" says Lisglen before starting to walk on the way back to the dungeon.

Memphisto is content with a good night's sleep and his head clear for a change.

"Let's see what other treasures lay hidden in the ground."

Van follows Lisglen and Memphisto. He says, "Back we go to face death, dismemberment, disfigurement, and all manner of unpleasant things. At least it's better than farming."
Van spits on the ground and adjusts his backpack and belt.

The party makes their way back to the ruins of Kal-Dokk's tower. The route is well known by now and, even though the day isn't as bright and sunny as the past few days and a chilly wind has risen, the adventurers reach the overgrown pathway leading up to the ivy clad remnants of the stone walls within a two hours walk. As a light drizzle starts to fall from the skies and the drops hitting the leaves make a soft pitter-patter, the explorers pass through the foliage yet come to a sudden halt as Freda suddenly points to the clearing amidst the rubble.

All stand nailed to the ground as their eyes rest on what the halfling is pointing at: the heavy wooden trapdoor stands wide open...

Lisglen stops and motions for his party mates to do the same. "Maybe we should scout around to check what has escaped from there first?" he suggests.
