Finnr marvels at the finely crafted blade, "I don't presume to take part in your good fortune, but if you lend me this blade, I will put it to good use."
He will gather up his gear and don his armor.
The Elder Temple
Re: The Elder Temple
'Welcome Finnr, let's find your war-gear. Where might these monsters have taken your gear?' Grunts Oberon.
Re: The Elder Temple
Finnr
"Well met, friend Oberon. I believe I have found the important bits of my kit. The filthy cannibals had little use for my armor, i suppose."

Re: The Elder Temple
They have little use for anything of civilization, quips the purple sage. I'm Fenwick, Finnr. Well met.
Re: The Elder Temple
'We can use a well-motivated sword-arm Finnr! Shall we continue West comrades?' Says Oberon.
Re: The Elder Temple
Dolgrim shrugs: "I suppose west is fine, too..." He grumbles.
Re: The Elder Temple
'Apologies for my addled brain Dolgrim. This helmet blocks out most of what is said. If you have a way to proceed, let us make haste in that direction.' Beams Oberon.Wouter wrote:Dolgrim shrugs: "I suppose west is fine, too..." He grumbles.
Re: The Elder Temple
As you stand in the tunnel debating which way to go (you are at the X), you hear shuffling of feet and some low growls, off to the west, just beyond Grimma's lantern light. Whatever or whoever is making the noise is headed in your direction.
"Sssh! Listen!" Grimma says. She quickly shutters the lantern so that the only (dim) light comes from Finnr's prison room, to the immediate north.
Actions?

Fenwick readies his sleep spell
Re: The Elder Temple
Oberon readies his "sleep" morning star and takes cover in the mouth of the northern tunnel; ready to spring out and splat things.greyarea wrote:Fenwick readies his sleep spell
