Tor looks to Trebbelos to gauge the kid's reaction to the idea of leaving the trap set.

Tor thinks for a moment. Maybe the trap is triggered by smell. Or the absence of it, he adds with a smirk. But Fauk's right. Once we get one of them to talk, we'll know. Should we make a lot of noise to get at least one of them to come looking?

Tor cautiously makes his way down the hallway toward the trap, encouraging others, especially The Slip, to investigate.

Tor nods at the gnome's report. Turning to the Slip, he says, "A trap, huh? Looks like we'll be needing your help here. Then, with a wink he adds, "We'll be right behind you."

Tor is ready to go!

Tor muses for a moment. "Normally, I work for coin. But gems will do."

OC: I guess Paul really didn't want us going back upstairs yet.

Barring any objections, Tor will lead the way back upstairs to the gnome gathering. Hmmm...I wonder if there's a unique noun for a group of gn...

Tor looks to Brother Bert and Fauk. Well, much as I don't want to, we probably should take these little runts with us. We don't want them getting eaten. We could bring them back upstairs.

Tor, clearly on the rebound after his engagement was cut short, tries to slice through a shrieker.
