Re: Delve #8

Schmidt is able to secure the rope and with all of you helping, is able to topple the altar [d6=1], which cracks in half as it slams to the floor. Schmidt and Berthold feel a sense of relief - the unease is gone.

Nicely done! Where to?

Well, here I am, Schmidt sighs, and he checks the sack closer after ensuring he's still roped. Anything behind it in the compartment, anything other than coin and jewelry in it?

Re: Delve #8

Schmidt will tie a rope or three around his waist, give the other ends to Heimer and Berthold . In case I feel the need to leave , he remarks. Then, grasphing his holy symbols, he'll approach the altar to give it a good once (and twice) over. As Schmidt gets closer to the altar, he feels a sense of...

Re: Delve #8

He will also loot the head cleric and take the ruby eyes and scimitar, which may be magical. The rubies you are familiar with from your run-in with the skeletons in the previous delve. The head cleric's hammer has similar silver tracings on it as the acolytes, and he carries a scroll of several spe...

Re: Delve #8

He searches said acolytes, looting them but also looking for keys for the cell. One of the acolytes has a key on his belt, and both have silver tracings on their hammers which might be valuable. Fair point , Tholdy, Salty chuckles. Let's take a peek at the old by. He pulls his picks, checks the doo...

Re: Delve #8

[Round #8 initiative 2d12=1,12 PCs have it.] It's probably important who goes first between Salty, Berthold and Schmidt, given Salty's action. So we'll say that the rogue will go first due to his higher DEX and proximity to the skeleton. Salty again presses himself against the skeleton's knees; the...
