Epées & Sorcellerie is neglected gem and could do with a boost.

That's the Oe book by Nico and GreyHarp, no? I might have it somewhere in PDF, I'll have to check it out!

Thanks for this, this is one of the WB/0e derivatives I have never played, but I do remember hearing about it way back when it came out. The PDFs are free - I've downloaded the v2 French Epées & Sorcellerie and v1 English Epées & Sorcellerie versions for a go-through (Also it looks like the author's Lulu page has lots of free English and French games and resources for those interested).

The author is "Nicolas Dessaux", that must be Nico? I know of Greyharp's 0e single volume edition, but I don't see Greyharp on the list of credits for this one (I put the links to the PDFs in my previous post).

Aha! I always wondered who Greyharp was. I do see his name in the credits of the English edition.

Now that I look again, it seems he mostly did translating. I thought I saw something that said both their names, weird. Interesting stuff though!

I did indeed do the translation of the 1st edition into English. Thanks for the kind words Ron, you're a top bloke. As is Nico, who I lost contact with years ago.

I always thought it sad that the game didn't get more attention, but it came at a time when the floodgates had opened with the Clones and I always suspected the decision to retain the original French title probably was a barrier to many in having a closer look - but the English translation of "Swords & Sorcery" would have made googling it difficult.

Good to see you Dave. Nico is still around for sure!
Hope all is well man!
