Race-as-class Halfling

Here's my updated Hobbit or Halfling. Like the Elf level limits are back in but with a max level of 8 as opposed to 4 (Fighter) or 6 (Thief). Fighter attack progression given but with slightly less HD progression. Any feedback Doug?

Looks good. My personal preference for the Halfling sneak ability is to only allow it on non-metal armor.
