No crab could have pulled these men limb from limb. The remains speak of a more brutal force at work.

Sammich Buttonchubb

Terror replaces victory... "I knew it! Crabs are first scavengers, s-s-so.... so a Sea Monster did this!" he exclaims in a hushed-shriek. Nocking an arrow, the half-pint puts his back against the wall and slides it toward the cavern room's entrance.

Master Baker, Chef, part-time Archer, armchair Boyer/Fletcher
HP: 12
AC: 6 [13]
Super sneaky
To Hit: +3 (missile weapons)
Zen Archer ~ Allies are safe when I fire into combat
Arrows = 40
Target priority: imminent danger (self or companion), then the target most injured.
When possible, Sammich will always try to retrieve previously fired arrows.

Fungo is shocked by Sammich’s infallible deduction. He pulls his cutlass and brings looking for Sigmund and the Sea Monsters.

Perhaps we should go back to the east corridor, he suggests.

“I’m not afraid of any monster,” Susanna mutters. As long as they’re on dry land she’s happy. Still, she can’t resist prodding the pool, with a stick if she can find one. Is it deep?

It’s possible I missed it, but are there any drag marks on the sand?

Bengar - dwarf thief

Easy, Sammich, the dwarf cautions, retrieving his spear from the crab's carapace. Gesturing toward no sea monster in particular, he'll add, If you shoot it with an arrow, you're just gonna make him mad.

Assuming no one is paying any attention, Bengar will hazard a lick from the tip of his spear. Hmm. Not bad. Maybe if we steam it some...

Otis - Fighter

Otis says quietly "Maybe we should gather up what's left of these fellas to take back for a proper send off."
Otis will help gather the remains to take back to the main place where the boat was. He's also for going back out and checking the other direction.

Fungo helps transport the bodies.

He suggests, and with some drawn butter… to the dwarf.

Bengar agrees, and will approach the other tunnel.
