Susanna nods at Otis’s suggestion, though maybe someone sneaky could look through that other passage to see if “it” is still there…
Moonglimmer says, "When I looked, the cavern was filled with stalagtites and stalagmites, so I suspect we would hear it smashing amongst them."

She then adds, "We need to warn Sack to be watchful for danger."

Sammich Buttonchubb

Sammich pulls out a nervous-snack while he looks to retrieve what arrows he can from the ones he shot.

Only receive half damage from 'Giant Types' (Ogres, Giants, Trolls, etc.)

Master Baker, Chef, part-time Archer, armchair Boyer/Fletcher
HP: 12
AC: 6 [13]
Super sneaky (Near Invisibility (1-5/d6))
To Hit: +3 (missile weapons)
Zen Archer ~ Allies are safe when I fire into combat
Arrows = 40
Target priority: imminent danger (self or companion), then the target most injured.
When possible, Sammich will always try to retrieve previously fired arrows.

[One attack per melee combatant...Erwin gets a hit [2 damage] but the others miss.
Oh! When I read above I thought that was the troll attacking! Now I see it was that we all got an attack on a fleeing enemy...
My mistake, too.

Bengar will head up the other hallway, spear at the ready, relying on his infravision.

Sammich retrieves one arrow. The other is shattered.

Bengar looks down the passage filled with stalagmites. He believes that there is enough room for a large creature to move around the stalagmites, if he is a rubbery and tall sort of fellow.

The passage is quiet. Another passage T's off of it and the party knows that to lead to the shore and Sack.

Actions?

"Maybe we should tell Sack to come stick with us," Susanna says nervously. There are too many twists and turns for her liking...

You are at the X. The passage heading north is filled with stalactites and stalagmites.

"We should go fetch Sack, and re-enter at the other beachside entrance," Moonglimmer suggests.

I say leave Sack where he is. Maybe go check to make sure he’s okay, but we don’t need to go risking his life by dragging him along, says Fungo. You stay here. I’ll check on the old salt.

From the map, I’m pretty sure the caves connect. Let’s go bag us a troll.

Sammich loads an arrow and constantly surveys the North & South passages... while being ready to run for his life down the East tunnel toward the boat of safety & freedom!

Oc: Thanks for the map. I was way off!

Bengar nods in agreement with Moonglimmer's suggestion to try the other beachside entrance.
