Otis - Fighter
Otis grimly sets about finishing any leftover warriors, while keeping an eye on the village and noise nearby. If they have any pouches or visible valuables, he'll grab them as well. Once done, he'll withdraw with the others, making sure no one is left behind.

Re: Chapter 10 ~ Into the Fish Marches
Otis loots the bodies that he dispatched. Two of the warriors are trussed up and dragged into the brush to await their fate. The villagers grow louder in their cry of alarm, yet no one has been brave enough to challenge the party...yet.
Your group is now just outside the village. Two of the warriors lie sleeping and bound.
Actions?

Otis - Fighter
Otis glances at the bound warriors, then the village and says "Things are gettin' hectic in there. I wish I could set somethin' on fire to give em' something to focus on. We need to take these two and move farther away, because I'd be imagining that the rest of these angry lots will be here before too long."
OOC: we should withdraw somewhere away from the trail and how we got here, it could get ugly fast.

Sammich Buttonchubb
Master Chef & Baker, part-time Archer, armchair Boyer/Fletcher
At the suggestion, Sammich dashes into action! Moving as stealthily as possible, he maneuvers to some of the huts away from the commotion, drains an oil flask (or two, if needed) as he moves along the bottom of the huts, as many as he can, and then lights it on fire! "H-h-hope I can sneak back to my friends!?" which he attempts to do.

If he’s made aware of Buttonchubb’s intentions, Otis will help him and watch his back
Re: Chapter 10 ~ Into the Fish Marches
Erwin will help guard the prisoners, letting them sleep for now. Just in case, he'll leave them gagged until the group is farther from the village.
Re: Chapter 10 ~ Into the Fish Marches
Fungo notices the other hobbit’s actions. He slithers away from the burning hut as stealthily as possible and listens to local conversations, hoping to figure out if these are good guys or bad guys. Are they with the cultists or getting murdered by them for the fish god?
