Susanna’s never see anything like the treasure in the sack before! Despite her (minor) injury she comes over to take a look…

“Troll treasure!” She says with awe.

Otis - fighter

Otis gets geared up again and says “well, do you all think this was the only culprit? I say we search this place and get out of here. We can take these dead fellas back for a proper burial...”

Note for the ref - I didn't have a chance to post it - but Erwin wanted to fetch Sack to show him the Troll before we destroyed the evidence.

"Fine work everyone! I think we've explored all of this place, let's do a final search and get the bodies before we head back. "

Erwin looks at the others and stops at Susanna "Oh, you are wounded! Let me take a look."

He'll help bind Susanna's wounds / cast CLW if needed.

Sammich searches but only finds one arrow that is undamaged. [d4=1].

Erwin binds Susanna's wounds and she recovers 1 hp. [Susanna has 8/11 hp now]

Sack is coaxed into the cavern and he witnesses the destruction of the sea troll. His mouth agape as Bengar applies fire to the creature's rubbery corpse.

The treasure is collected and the party makes their way to the beach. Sack informs the group that it will be several hours before the passage can be navigable.

The bodies are wrapped and tied in cloaks and placed in the boat. The party rests and waits. Eventually, Sack is ready to launch the boat.

You make your way out of the narrow passage and into the sea. A few hours later the bay of Isprey is seen. The suns is slowing going down in the west and it lights the city in a peaceful glow.

Otis - FIghter

Otis gathers his gear as they approach the shore. "Once we get these poor fellas to their kin, I'm thinking it's time for some grub and a good rest! Uh, unless you think we should see the Captain now, that is." he nods in approval at Sack's seamanship "Mr. Sack, thanks for taking us out here, we couldn't have found that critter without your help and shipkeepin' skills."

OOC: Once we get ashore, Otis will volunteer to help get the bodies to wherever they need to go.

Susanna’s green again after the boat trip. She needs to do something before she thinks of eating. Either a stiff drink or she will help Otis!

Fungo will help Sack put up the boat for the evening and then buy him dinner and roll on the carousing table.

The next morning, Fungo finds himself rudely awakened. He is the new cabin boy for a merchant vessel carrying turnips to the southern kingdoms.

Sammich Buttonchubb
Image

Sammich is quiet on the water-journey home. Battling with both his nausea and with the Troll battle, the Halfling has a lot to think about.

Master Baker, Chef, part-time Archer, armchair Boyer/Fletcher
+ Arrows = 36
+ HP: 12
+ AC: 6 [13]
+ Super sneaky (Near Invisibility (1-5/d6))
+ To Hit: +3 (missile weapons)
+ Zen Archer ~ Allies are safe when I fire into combat
+ Only receive half damage from 'Giant Types' (Ogres, Giants, Trolls, etc.)
Target priority: imminent danger (self or companion), then the target most injured.
When possible, Sammich will always try to retrieve previously fired arrows.
