Otis - Fighter
Otis scans the immediate area for cover in case we have to get off the trail quickly. “Might be a good time to shutter that lamp.”
OOC: does the sound seem to be coming from dead ahead or down another path?

Susanna whispers, “how many do you reckon there are?” — does it sound like a handful? Or a whole tribe?

Fungo keeps silent. He follows with the others
Re: Chapter 10 ~ Into the Fish Marches
The sound of drumming/chanting is coming from some distance to the west. Also, Bengar heard the sound of waves to the east.
Re: Chapter 10 ~ Into the Fish Marches
It sounds like more than just a few.
Re: Chapter 10 ~ Into the Fish Marches
I need to bookmark this. It may be the first time Fungo has ever kept silent.

Sammich Buttonchubb
Sammich looks around at the party nervously unsure if he should shutter his lantern, but ultimately decides to do so. Temporarily latching it to the bottom of his backpack, he now has his bow and arrow at the ready.
Sammich attempts to move silently... just in case.

Erwin stays alert, listening to the west. "Maybe Fungo can scout ahead for us...see how many there are?"
Re: Chapter 10 ~ Into the Fish Marches
Fungo looks back at Erwin, giving him the eye for volunteering him. Fine, he grumbles.
He scouts out towards the sound of the drums to the west.
