@monolithic,
I'm wondering if my character, Sump Feldspar, could use a mining tool, such as a one-handed pick or perhaps some type of hammer on one side and a pick on the other? I think it would be more in character for him to use the tooks he used when digging in the mines. Otherwise he would grap a dwarven axe.
Could you let me know what damage a tool of this sort would be?

Re: The Tavern
Either one, pick or hammer/pick (a dwarven lucerne hammer methinks) will deal 1d6.

Re: The Tavern
Just a head’s up. I’m off tomorrow and I want to start this game. Greyarea hasn’t posted ability rolls or posted a character but hopefully he will soon. In the meantime he’ll be a ‘silent’ character until his status is ascertained. Now is the time to ask final questions. Introductory piece to be posted tomorrow God willing.
Re: The Tavern
Final question: Can Bill have +5 to hit and damage? Okay, I figured I'd ask.
Looking forward to playing! If Greyarea doesn't roll up a character, I'll roll a nice one for him. I can see some 2s and 3s in his guys future!

Sump will go with a one-handed lucerne kinda hammer...pointy side and blunt side...good for picking rocks and also picking goblins.monolithic wrote: ↑Sun Mar 28, 2021 4:15 pmEither one, pick or hammer/pick (a dwarven lucerne hammer methinks) will deal 1d6.

I love Dohram's pic!
I almost used Indel from the old comic book ads.

I’m sorry guys, RL interfered in a major way. My wife’s little brother was in a horrific car wreck and it was touch and go there for awhile. He’s just now out of critical care and resting stable. I’m on my way back home and it might be Saturday till I post as I have some catch-up work to do till then.
