Rules of Combat

When combat happens, we'll use the following procedure:
1 - Surprise will be situational; actions must be taken (like hiding, invisibility, etc.). A PC actively looking for hidden or oncoming danger will only be surprised on a 1, normal surprise will be 1-2.
2 - The DM will make all rolls.
3 - Since there are only 2 players, let's try individual initiative! Enemies will be clustered for convenience if necessary.
4 - At any point, players can say what they intend to do, but actions will not usually be spoiled if enemies hit first - basically, a spell will be spoiled only if enemy hits spellcaster on same number.
5- After combat, BIND WOUNDS! Allows healing d6 hit points received in previous battle.
