There is a trapdoor in the roof below Jahan along the east wall. Miles will keep guard, sword drawn, at the base of the tower. He will wait for a signal from Jahan (either that he is coming down or that we should join him up top).

Jahan will signal down to the party that he’s found a trap door on the roof of the tower, and try to determine if the group wants to join him up top.
