I worked over the weekend, and today, to get the background, character sheets, and house rules setup. I still need to add a bit more to the House Rules and Classes, but - for some of you - there's enough to get started.

For Crits & Fumbles ~ looking for opinions. *********see House Rules thread

Rik, your suggestions for critical hits and misses sound fine by me.

Can I assume correctly that clerics don't get a dagger as part of their starting kit? I'm guessing between that and the mention of darkvision, the starting kit is straight out of 5e, perhaps? :)

Your criticals and fumbles sounds groovy to me.

Time to roll up a character.

Ah! Good point. I'll edit in a similar comment for Clerics & Daggers as I did for Torches & Darkvision.

No 5e stuff here; I mean that sincerely. The list of 'freebies' was from my brain, damaged as it may be.

Question: do you consider battle axes 2 handed for dwarves? And will we be using the standard hit die, or optional (d8 or d10 for fighters)

Yeah, I think RAW is 2H for Dwarves, so I'll stick to that just so we don't have so many House Rules, but "Optional HD" is something I can look up; in fact, I even know the page. :) So, sure, we can do Optional HD.
