Hey Steve ~ just FYI, It's not my intention to come across like I'm picking on you; you just happen to be the first player I NPC'd.

Are you guys "OK" with me NPC'ing your character if the group (a quorum maybe?) has posted/responded, but you haven't had a chance to after 'n' # of days?

I guess a quorum would be 3 out of 4; is this acceptable?

How many days is acceptable before NPC'ing?

Should the NPC'ing be based off of the date of your last post, or the date of the last person of the quorum's post?

Perhaps it's not acceptable to NPC your character and you would prefer a Smoldering Wizard private message, a Facebook Messenger msg, a text, or?

This is your game, so I'm looking for your preference/input.

I'm cool with you NPC'ing my character whenever you feel I'm out of the loop. No worries.

 Oh, ok I have to apologize then. I'm afraid I don't understand the previous couple of posts. :(

Hey guys. Sorry I haven't posted in any of the games, including my own. Real life has been extremely busy and stressful lately. I just can't commit the necessary time and energy to be a good DM or gamer, so I'm stepping down for now. I realize this is disruptive, and I apologize for the hassle. But I'd rather be up front about it than to keep pushing it off. I'll let you know if things change.

YOU WILL RETURN!

I'll NPC you for a while until you return; inevitably, your life will calm down, and even if it doesn't you'll miss us too much anyway.

If I was leaving Rik’s first post would be on the main action thread….
“And Brandon’s character bursts into flames, it’s an unsettling and horrible death. And then the innkeeper brings your ales…”
