Hey everyone, I'll get a character rolled up tomorrow, I've been super busy and my kids have me really running on fumes lately. Sorry if I'm holding up the party. Stand by and I'll roll up a real doozy.

No worries! I believe @merias said there was info on hirelings to come, so I'm waiting to see that before finalizing my gear.

Yep, no worries. I'm planning for an official start next week, most likely next Thursday as I'll be away the first half of the week. So my goal for this week is to finish getting the PCs squared away, and giving you the other info you need to do that.

With regard to hirelings, Roscoe would gladly chip in 3-4 GP (he's only got 5 gold and 20 silver, so he'd pitch in more if he had it.).

EDIT: after armor change, 36 GP left — Will hire own warrior from Ajax's but also willing to chip in for others

- I'll be doing the rolling, just to keep the game moving. You will just need to state your actions. If you prefer, you can make the combat death save roll yourself (see below), should it come up in play (who are we kidding ).

Two things:

1. I've been thinking it, so I might as well say it: nice job with the house rules.

2. If (ok, when) my character hits 0 hp, please go ahead, make the death save roll, and let me know the result.
