Do we need Salty on the trap?
With the zombie in the corner the tarp should completely cover its path towards us? We know where it's going
Schmidt can help pull, since he has no missile weapons, unless there's no room. Then he'll just prepare for the ogre onslaught with his flail!
If Heimer needs to attack from the second rank, he'll keep his spear (reminder, got to get him another spear!
If everyone is pulling on the tarp then he'll chuck his spear and draw his sword.

Salty will stand with the others and shoot so as not to block line of sight.

Berthod, Salty, Suspos and Cedric loose missiles. Only Berthod is able to wound the ogre with a well-placed bow shot.
The ogre charges.
Berthod drops his bow and with Cedric heaves back on the canvas tarp just as the ogre steps on it. The ogre wobbles slightly, but stays up and continues to charge as the tarp barely budges! (see spoiler for details, but basically you had a 50/50 chance).
The ogre slams into Cedric as Cedric is drawing his sword, knocking the fighter back but not wounding him. Meanwhile, Heimer is able to stick the ogre zombie with his spear, wounding it again.
Schmidt attacks with his flail but is not able to wound the creature.
Status:
The zombie ogre is wounded.
All of you can melee the ogre next round, if you want.

Salty pulls his knife, circles to the ogre's back and scales its purulent carcass, ready to drive his blade up into the base of its skull.

Nope, your memory is still intact!

Now that he is 1st level, he gets a +1 BHB for the ascending AC chart (my own house rule to beef up fighters a bit).
