I concede I missed the XP difference (woohoo!), but I already lowered all of my thieves' abilities? :?
Well, that's disturbing. None of the changes I made (based on what you provided) were saved except the equipment. Well, I guess I'm glad it saved the equipment at least. :shifty:
What the hell? Now the equipment is gone.
Uhh... okay, my character sheet 'should' be updated with: saves, equipment, encumbrance, next level XP, and thief skills.

The first post is going to go something like: “intrepid adventurers, you meet at a smoky inn. The food and ale are hearty, and tales of unfound treasure motivate your group! The time for action is at hand.! Rik - roll a save vs death. Oh, no. You’re dead. Rest of the party, actions?”

I trip over Rik’s corpse in an effort to escape badams’ game. Rolled a 1 on save v death. Shucks. I guess I’m out.

And it was such a riveting campaign…

Sorry, guys. Washing machine died, and I'm at the laundromat of all places. Haven't been to one since 2005. My mom is also in the ER with unexplained abdominal pains. Glad my boss let me take the day off.

Will post as soon as I can. Though I must say you guys are doing pretty well so far on your own.
