If only we had a worthwhile mage among us who could weave some sort of spell on those creatures, muses Berthold as he assists Twig in disembarking from the rope.

Twig sucks the poison out of his hand and spits it on the ground. Then he pulls both daggers and gets ready to meet the centipedes.
"That was all that looked worth taking up there," he motions to the bracer.

Schmidt will see if he can bind wounds in this instance.
Then keeps an eye on up above! Heimer preps his spear.

Bind wounds can never heal fully (a standard house rule of mine, updated the wording in the house rules thread now). So Twig will just be 1hp down until he gets a night's rest or a CLW.

(d6=3) The centipedes do not seem to be interested in leaving their lair, you do not see any movement from above.

Actions?

My apologies, master Berhtold. I was of the opinion your preferred the help to be seen and not heard. Ahem...

Suspo nukes the bug with a sleep spell.

Suspos would need to be able to at least see the bugs to target them with a spell - does he try to climb the rope to get a view?

Climbing ropes is far outside of Suspos' bailiwick, so I think there should be a roll of some sort. He has average STR and DEX, so I'll say he needs to make an unmodified saving throw.

(d20=15 he does it!)

Suspos, with some effort, makes his way up the rope. Twig's torch, which is still lit, is resting on the small ledge, and illuminates the hole that delves deeper beyond the wall. He can just see the two centipedes inside their lair, they have not yet crawled completely out of sight, and he can also see a second jeweled bracer, just beyond the centipedes. He fires off his sleep spell, which he thinks had the desired effect. At least the two centipedes are not moving now.

Actions?
