Let’s go east and then north, suggests Berthold. We may be able to get to the shrine of Pox from that direction. Possibly there is a room there as well.

You head east, with Jingle scouting ahead (I'll assume he stays within the 60' range of Berthod's lantern). From the Oratorium, the north door leads to a dusty corridor that heads west and south, passing the flying Goblin room and putting you back where you fought the giant lizards. You notice there is still dried blood on the floor at the four-way intersection, but the lizard carcasses have been moved or eaten.
