The net means the skeleton is no longer turned? If so, is there a way to mace him while he’s incapacitated or is this RM in the way?
Schmidt is sure that he turned the skeleton, but it appears the net is preventing it from fleeing. The skeleton is near Schmidt and Uz and Twig - right at the north exit to the room you're all in. Salty and the robed man are way up north at the T-intersection, 60' away.

If the RM is in range, Salty will take a wild slash at him
If not, he'll try to throw his knife.
If neither option is viable , he'll try to get to his feet.

I had forgotten that the new S&W complete rules we are using have an updated movement section - in past editions, combat movement was the base move/3 in tens of feet per round, twice that for a running charge - meaning Schmidt (with a base move of 6) would need at least two rounds to go the 60' to the RM.

However, the new rules state the combat move is just the base move x 10 feet, allowing Schmidt to move 60' in plate armor per combat round (as long as he is not carrying loads of treasure also). That probably makes more sense for 1-minute combat rounds.

So we'll adopt the new movement rates, and say that Schmidt can get to the RM in one round, allowing him to move and attack. The only thing that would foil this is if Schmidt lost initiative and the RM moved farther away as his action.

If he needs to make a running, er, lumbering charge he will do so. :)

If possible, Twig will throw a poisoned dagger at the robed man!

Would be tricky and possibly dangerous, Twig is 60 feet away from the RM, and he will see Schmidt charging up the north tunnel to attack the RM. Salty is also in melee with the RM.

Let me know if that changes your actions - if he does want to do it - Twig would need to charge up with Schmidt, then stop and throw at about 20' range.

If Schmidt is in the way, Twig will not throw his dagger. Instead, he will strike at the skeleton's skull with the pommel of his blade.

[Initiative d12 for RM and party: 2d12=8,3, RM has it]

The RM wields a hammer from his belt [d20+4=13 HIT for d6=4 dmg] and smacks Salty in the head. Salty never had a chance to get up - the hammer knocks him cold [Salty is at -3HP, so he gets a death save next round].

Uz casts his second charm spell, this time from a scroll [I'll give the RM a decent bonus to his save, as he is already in combat and fended off the first spell: RM save d20+5=8 FAIL].

The RM pauses, turning towards Uzmatazz - he seems about to speak just as Schmidt reaches him and swings his mace [d20+1=14 MISS], but Schmidt is not able to wound the RM.

Twig attacks the skeleton, still squirming under the net, with the butt of his dagger [d20+4=14 MISS], but his blow is ineffective.

The skeleton [d6=3] breathes a small ball of fire, burning a hole in the net [d20=6] and striking the wall opposite Twig.

Actions? We'll say that Uz can sense the charm spell was effective, although his view of the T-intersection 60' away is now partly blocked by Twig and Schmidt.

Status:

The RM is with Schmidt and Salty, 60' up the tunnel.
The skeleton is on the floor near the room exit, trapped in a net and unable to escape. Twig is next to him.
Salty is near death (death save next round)!
Heimer and Berthold stand ready with their weapons.
