Enraged at the scenario, Berthold attacks the skeleton with his magical sword.

Sorry, missed a notification.

[Round #7 initiative 2d12=11,5 skellie has it!]

The skeleton [d6=3] attacks [d3=3 Berthold d20+3=20 HIT for d6=4 dmg] and injures Berthold with its scimitar.

Schmidt attacks with his mace [d20+1=14 MISS - needs a 15] but just misses the skeleton.

Salty presses himself against the skeleton's knees [d20=17], getting a grip and pushing with all his might! The skeleton [DEX 3d6=14, DEX check d20=10] does not fall, however.

Berthold attacks the skeleton [d20+3=19 HIT for d8+2=5 dmg] with his sword, and chunks of bone fly!

Actions?

Status:

Robed man and three minions are dead.
Uzmatazz is dead.
Twig is dead.
Heimer is unconscious.
The skeleton remains and is in melee with Schmidt, Salty and Berthold (Salty is latched onto the skeleton's legs).

A 15??!! Krikey!
Good idea about grappling the knees, argh we gotta get this thing smashed before the eyes reload!

Schmidt attacks with his mace again, quietly as he is out of any sort of repartee!
Heimer moans a bit.

[Round #8 initiative 2d12=1,12 PCs have it.]

It's probably important who goes first between Salty, Berthold and Schmidt, given Salty's action. So we'll say that the rogue will go first due to his higher DEX and proximity to the skeleton.

Salty again presses himself against the skeleton's knees; the skeleton [DEX check d20=20 FAIL] falls over with a clatter!

Berthold attacks with his sword [d20+7=26 HIT for d8+2=4 dmg], and more bone chips fly.

Schmidt swings his mace [d20+5=17 HIT for d6+1=6 dmg - that would have missed if the skellie was not knocked over!], crushing the skeleton's skull!

The skeleton's ruby eyes and scimitar fall to the floor amongst the bone fragments, the rubies dimming and going out.

I'm assuming Schmidt will at least use one of his CLW on Heimer, let me know he will use his last CLW on anyone else.

Schmidt tends to Heimer [bind d3=2, CLW d6+1=5], who feels much better. He then helps binding Berthold's [d3=1] and Salty's [d3=2] wounds, and binds his own wounds [d3=1].

Wow, that was crazy! Actions?

I'd say that's a good assumption. :D

I think it's time to bring our dead up to the real world, Schmidt says sorrowfully, mumuring a few soft words to ensure they have easy travels to the outer plane of their choice.

Let’s also rescue the man in the cell, suggests Berthold. And destroy this diabolical altar! Any suggestions on how to best do that, Schmidt? We don’t want to release more evil magic into the world.
