Otto will step back toward the middle of the room, trying to draw the lizards in after him and into the quasi-ambush the rest of the party has setup. He will of course also equip himself with his axe.

Berthold stands next to Otto. He will attack any lizard that gets in range of his sword held in his two hands.

Bonner pulls his trusty stone club from his belt and stands beside Berthold.

Nodding his head grimly Schmidt reflects on how nice it is to be surrounded by more martial types. He attempts a flail attack if he can without disrupting his more powerful party mates.

When the creatures move into the room, Cedric will attack the flank of one with his sword (attacking one handed with shield readied).

Lizard DEX is 3d6 = 9, so order of actions will be Cedric, Bel'xor, Berthod, then Wennic and Otto simultaneous with the giant lizards, then Bonner and Schmidt last.
Round 1:
You surround the creatures and attack as they move into the room. Berthod, Bonner and Otto from the front, Bel'xor and Wennic from the north flank, Cedric and Schmidt from the south flank.
Cedric is able to deeply wound one of the creatures with a perfectly timed slash of his sword (max damage)!
Bel'xor misses with his 2-handed sword, Berthod cuts one lizard with his bastard sword and the other party members fail to wound the creatures.
One lizard bites Bonner in the arm, wounding him but not badly.
The other lizard swings its wide tail at Schmidt, who is able to somehow dodge the attack at the last second.
Round 2:
Bel'xor and Berthod are the only two to hit this round. The lizards are both wounded, but seem to be still in the fight.
Actions? Do you continue the melee or do something else?
Status:

Schmidt will attack with his flail, if he can without getting in the way of the burlier members of the party
(If all the lizards are dead, or otherwise taken care of, he will take the time to bind wounds of the most wounded of the party.)
