I don't mind which initiative we go for. D12 looks pretty interesting, but whatever floats your boat, old mate.

Salty will nab a silver dagger but Twig can have the dust.

I'm assuming you're hanging on to the armor and battle axe in case you need it, so here are the totals for delve #6:

XP: 680xp each, 340xp for Heimer
Gold: 375gp each, however Heimer's share comes out of Schmidt's 375gp, whatever Schmidt wishes to give him. I'll do a loyalty roll for Heimer as well, to see if he wants to stay with Schmidt or move on.

Will the magical mace go to Schmidt?
Apart from that, Berthold is taking the magic sword, Twig a silver dagger and the dust of concealing, Salty a silver dagger, Schmidt the clerical scrolls, and the MU spellbook and scrolls will go to @greyarea's new PC, to be rolled up. Please update your sheets and let me know if anyone goes up a level.

Here is the post with the details on the magic.

Let me know if you want to hire any retainers.

If selling the Mace won't get us any extra XP, then I say sell it. Otherwise Schmidt will keep it.

Schmidt will split the money with Heimer - it's cool if he wants to go his own way :)
187 to Schmidt, 188 to Heimer.

Any more healing potions or clerical scrolls to be found for sale in town? :)

Lastly, happy birthday greyarea! (I think!)
Holy Schmidt He swears by his pretty floral bonnet...

Twig thanks Salty for the magic dust!

OOC--side based initiative rolling each round has to me always worked well, especially with pbp.
And I hope that choosing an assassin was okay? Trying something different and no one has put out a contract on any of Twig's fellow adventurers...yet.

I think we're pretty much ready to go, unless anyone wants to hire a retainer or upgrade/purchase any equipment?

@greyarea, let me know what spell Uzmatazz will have memorized for the next delve.

Also, take a look at the marching order & weapons in hand and let me know if that needs to change.

I'm just realizing S&W Complete has no rules for retainer loyalty (I have way too many games in my head!), and since Heimer has been treated pretty well by Schmidt, Heimer will stay on for the next delve.
